Millet

Millet is one of the oldest cultivated plants; the first records of its cultivation come from ancient China. The period of greatest use in European countries, including Poland, falls in the years preceding the Second World War.

Today, millet has returned to our tables and it has been hailed the queen of groats for a reason. It is easy to digest, delicate and does not contain gluten. Of all groats, it contains the most iron and silicon, which improves the condition of hair, skin, nails and joints.

The method of preparing Mummy's Kaszka Kaszka:

1. Prepare 200 ml of water or milk in the cooking vessel.

2. Slowly pour in two tablespoons of Mummy's Goblet.

3. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly, until a homogeneous consistency is obtained and cook for 2-3 minutes.

4. To conjure up the fruity Mummy's Porridge, add the Wand or Spoon of Mum's Taste to the ready-made porridge.
